Each hard drive can fail and break in a unique way. Thus, it is imperative that you book in your hard drive with us first so we can perform a diagnostic of the drive before proceeding with the recovery process.

If the tecnicians deem your drive dead on arrival or unrecoverable no charge will be given for the job. Otherwise our technicians will start the recovery process with their hightly specialised skills. This process can take a few days but can greatly lengthen in extreme cases.

When the recovery process is done you can then provide your own destination drive or for an extra fee we can provide a new hard drive for you. Your data will then be copied to the new destination drive before you can pick it up with a relieved heart.
